    Any in-house paper data obtained as a direct result of servicing customers (e.g. paid receipts and job invoices) are filed to:

    • At our discretion, we reserve the right to require ID proof before destroying documents especially if the email received does not match previous communications. Please understand Sun State HVAC can not destroy documents that we are legally obligated to store.
