Step 1: Schedule a Service Call with Sun State HVAC
Call us—Sun State HVAC—directly and schedule a maintenance visit or AC check-up—before calling your warranty provider.

We’ll arrive, inspect your system, and let you know if any repairs are needed.
Step 3: Call Your Warranty Company If Repairs Are Needed
Now that you’ve hired us directly — if repairs are needed, you will call your warranty company and tell them:
“I called Sun State HVAC for a tune-up, and they found an issue that needs repair.”
