WHY HAVE YOUR
AC/HEATING SYSTEM SERVICED?

Checking and performing maintenance on your HVAC system is not only important for your air conditioning system, it also greatly helps your heating system run at peak performance in the winter too!  The reason for this is that shared system components and circuits that are used by both your heater and your air conditioner.  Therefore, providing good service to your air conditioning system will also provide added value to your heating system during the winter time.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING
MY HEATING SERVICE?

Although servicing your heating system involves quite a lengthily process, the professionals at Sun State HVAC are seasoned technicians and have the ability to go through all the necessary steps rather quickly.   Below is an example of some of the checks that are performed and tests that are completed during a normal heating service.

Some of the checks are specific to a particular type of unit.  For instance, if you have what is called a ‘Heat-Pump’ none of the steps that are specific to a gas heating system would be performed and visa versa. Below is a fairly explanatory assembly of many of the checks performed.
