Important! Most warranty companies no longer allow customers to request a specific company regardless whether the customer has a long term trusting relationship with them. However, warranty companies will still honor your chosen company for warranty service when they are receiving a AC Tune-Up service initiated by the customer.

Therefore, to use, Sun State HVAC (us) as your AC service provider and retain use of your warranty service coverage through us , follow these 2 simple steps:

1.  Schedule a Service with us and wait until we have arrived and checked your AC.

2.  If covered repairs are needed you will now call your warranty company and explain that you called Sun State HVAC to your home for an AC tune-up and repairs are needed.
